I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by AVG a few weeks ago. Late one afternoon I needed to arrange an independent valuation. I called a few of your competitors. They were not responsive. AVG was my third call. Your staff 's attitude was positive and she had a 'can do' attitude. She answered all my queries and 'made it happen'. The valuer was available the very next day and the report produced as promised. Excellent and well done to you all. You are very fortunate in having such great customer focussed employees.

I would just like to express my thanks and appreciation to your company. A valuation of a Bexley property was requested only yesterday at about 3:30pm and amazingly it was returned to us at 3pm today. I don't think I have ever seen a report come back so quickly! Because of AVG's willingness to go the extra mile, our clients were able to receive formal approval before their cooling off period and have now secured the home of their dreams. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful your staff were and how efficient the valuer was.
